How our coverage actually works

Rather than listing dozens of place names, here is a straightforward account of where we work and what tends to be different in each part of the city.

Our engineers work across Dublin city and county. Because we are based in Donaghmede on the northside, travel times to north Dublin, the port and airport corridor and the city centre are typically shortest — which matters when a shutter has failed in an insecure position.

We also work regularly across south, west and central Dublin, and on multi-site portfolios where a single customer has premises in several parts of the city. For sites outside County Dublin, call and ask: we would rather tell you straight away whether we can attend than leave you waiting on an answer.
