A loading bay is a system. When one element fails, the whole bay becomes slower, less safe or unusable.
Loading bays combine a door, a leveller, sealing, buffers and safety equipment. Access Opening Solutions works on the bay as a whole — supplying, installing, servicing and repairing the equipment that keeps goods moving safely between vehicle and building.
Because bays are used constantly and take heavy punishment from trailers and handling equipment, small faults escalate quickly. Regular inspection is worth more here than almost anywhere else on site.

Yes, treat it as urgent. It usually indicates a hydraulic or valve fault and the bay should be taken out of use until it is inspected.
Do you replace dock shelters and buffers separately?
Yes. Both are wear items and are frequently replaced without touching the rest of the bay.
Can bay equipment be covered by a maintenance contract?
Yes, and it usually should be, alongside the bay doors on the same visit.
